Shipping & Returns
You may return NEW, full-price*, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*All SALE items can be returned for Store Credit that does not expire - we will create an account for you with us (if you haven't already) so each time you log in you will see your store credit until it is spent.
*All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE only.
We ship anywhere in the U.S.A. In most cases - we will ship Priority Mail via the USPS - larger items such as the Trolleys may be shipped via UPS and therefore take a few extra days in transit.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $99 :) (you're welcome:)
If your order is under $100 - we offer flat rate $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail or, if necessary, we'll send UPS. At the time of shipping, you'll receive an email directly from the carrier with your tracking number:)
